| Run Lola Run (aka Lola rennt) (1998) | Imdb | AMG | I was a little disappointed by this - although I listened to it in English - and it should be better in the original German. A high speed, frenetic film which incorporates Cartoons into the storyline. You will not see another film like this. Without giving any of the storyline away it concerns Lola (played by Franka Potente ), who has to get some money to her boyfriend Manni (played by Moritz Bleibtreu ) within a short period of time. (20 min's). And the picture is then 3 different views of this, with different consequences due to what happens. i.e. she is a few seconds early or late at various points in the film and it then shows the consequences of this timing. |
